If you feel that you might be injured, you absolutely should seek medical care immediately. If you do not someone will later say, "Well, you must not have been hurt if you didn't go to the emergency room." Of course there are exceptions to that. There are lots of people that are injured and feel the injury two or three days after the car accident, but my strong recommendation, if just any suggestion of an injury, if you don't feel completely right, go seek medical care.
